Return & Refund Policy
Since the products on PHEAccessories.com are with specialties, we cannot accept returns of an item unless you have received an incorrect or damaged product. If there is something wrong, please contact our customer service ([email protected]) within 7 days upon receipt of parcel. Overdue items will not be accepted.
How do I return an item?
If items are damaged or incorrect, please contact us by email to [email protected] within 7 days upon receiving your parcel. When you receive your order, you have up to 10 days to return your products. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags. They must be in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from PHEAccessories.com.
You must contact us by email([email protected]) to confirm which items are being returned. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned together.
Note: Please tell us the tracking number after mailing your item. Make sure to include the following information in your return package:
1. Your name;
2. Your account name on PHEAccessories.com
3. Your phone number.
4. Tracking number of your parcel you sent.
5. Product Name, QTy & Return reason;
When will I get the refund after I returned goods?
After receiving your returned goods, we will issue a refund to you within 10 working days along with an email sent to you, if there is no further problem.
If my order was not shipped to me, can I get refund?
If the order has not been submitted to manufacture, or it can be cancelled by manufacture, the order will still be refundable. However, if there is any loss, for example the loss from manufacture for preparing the order, you will need to undertake the loss. If the order has been submitted to manufacture or the manufacture declines the order cancellation request, the order will NOT be refundable.
